If you’ve made an unintended donation through our online payment gateway, please email us at donorrelations@chudar.org detailing the issue, and we’ll respond within 7 working days.

For refund requests, kindly inform us within 7 days of the payment date.

Once your refund is verified, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that donations made in kind (books, goods, materials, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.
